Warrant Wednesday – CHAD PENN

(Kirksville, MO) — The Kirksville Police Department announces the subject for this week’s Warrant Wednesday is Chad Penn.

The Kirksville Police are attempting to locate Chad Penn in reference to an active warrant through Adair County for felony Theft and two warrants through the City of Kirksville for property and nuisance violations. Penn is a 35 year old white male, 5’06”, 185 lbs.   This warrant was issued 6/22/2018 and has no bond.
