As with many schools in rural areas, students and staff at Southeast Community College (SCC) travel long distances to get to campus. Administration was concerned about having the ability to alert their students and staff in a simple, effective and timely manner in the event of school closures.
Regroup and SCC launched the emergency notification system across all three campuses with a strong marketing campaign encouraging students to sign up. The multi-campus implementation was managed out of the Milford campus with multiple training sessions led by campus leaders and administrators. The smooth implementation helped build confidence with administrators, faculty, staff and students alike.
